Complete arbor care for commercial properties and residential developments.

Shinto Landscaping’s arbor care keeps your vistas vibrant and your property safe. As one of the most valuable assets in your landscape, trees add character and scale to your site and provide social, communal, environmental, and economic benefits.

Appropriate care and maintenance can ensure your trees grow healthy, beautiful, and strong throughout their life cycle. Our ISA-certified arborists and professionally-trained tree care specialists will care for your trees by determining fertilizing and watering needs, diagnosing and treating insects and diseases, and pruning for health and aesthetics.

We also have a TRAQ-certified professional on staff. TRAQ (Tree Risk Assessment Qualification) is an International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) program that certifies knowledge of the fundamentals of tree risk assessment by learning a standardized, systematic process for assessing tree risk and providing information to tree owners and risk managers to make informed decisions that will promote the safety of people and property and enhance tree benefits, health, and longevity.

Arbor care services may include:

  • Tree inspections for monitoring, maintenance and mitigation
  • Removal, relocation and replacement of trees and palms
  • Tree pruning
  • Integrated pest management (IPM) and disease control
  • Pest or fungal treatments
  • Fertilization
  • Cabling and bracing
  • Straightening and resetting trees after hurricanes
  • Root pruning and air spading
  • Leaf/palm frond removal and vegetation hauling
  • Waste recycling and reuse
  • Mulching
  • Stump removal and grinding

Relocating a tree can be a big job. In some cases, trees need to be removed from or moved to tight areas. Shinto Landscaping safely and successfully preserves mature trees and relocates them throughout South Florida.

Whether it’s transplanting a full-grown palm or planting specimen trees from our tree farm in Boynton Beach, our relocation experts will conscientiously install your tree and recommend an appropriate maintenance program to minimize transplant shock and maximize your tree’s potential.

Regular pruning helps trees thrive and maintains a safer environment. Responsible tree pruning improves your landscape and is an important step in storm preparation. Sometimes, pruning cannot wait until the ideal season. Regardless of the time of year, our ISA Certified Arborists® work to safeguard the value of your landscape’s assets and are experienced in the following:

  • corrective pruning and remediation
  • structure pruning and maintenance
  • crown reduction
  • vista and espalier pruning
  • storm preparation and response

Shinto Landscaping provides arbor consulting services to determine potential hazards and liabilities from placement to pruning.

While trees provide tremendous benefits to your property, they can be the root of some potential risks. At Shinto, we help you identify and manage potential threats. Our ISA-certified arborists have TRAQ accreditation.
